Im always gonna buy only from this company, the jars are thicker, I like making salves and other medicine in them, I really like the thicker glass when I put in oven , fantastic for canning also- and they get delivered how convenient is that- customer service never disappoints either! I fell down my basement stairs and broke my leg. I am not able to use anything I have ordered.
I love it. The glass is thicker the packaging is wonderful and multifunctional. With kids I get worried about jars getting broken from them trying to be over helpful. Only suggestions: please make 24 and 12 ounce jar for asparagus spears, chili lunchbox size and jelly. Also a packing material contraption for other mason jars. The boxes they come it don't cut it and the plastic holders by another company are ok but questionable.. Sorry not trying to give more ideas or requests, but your company does it right.
I purchased your original pressure canner. Loved it. Only problem was my girls were already debating whom would get it. Saw the upgrade to stainless steel gave me an excuse to get a second. Love it! Works just like my other canners and couldn't tell the difference in the metal for heating. We have hard water so far yeah. Now I don't have to worry when I'm gone. Each of my girls can carry on the legacy and not have to worry on whom gets my canners. Thank you for making wonderful products.

The lids seem to be more substantial than Ball lids. Have used them several times now. Seal quality is good when I checked them while washing, and they provided a good seal on all the processed jars. Very pleased. Will buy more. PLEASE don’t let your quality drop as you become more successful. Thank you.
